This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Victory subscriptions and one-time digital products. Victory is operated by Cosmit Kettle Software OÜ.
Purchases made through Paddle
Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases made on the Victory website. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, cancellations, and refunds for those transactions.
Victory offers a 30-calendar-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases and one-time digital products purchased through Paddle. You must submit your request within 30 calendar days of the transaction date shown on your receipt. Subscription renewal refunds are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
To request a refund for a web purchase, visit Paddle Buyer Support and provide the email address and transaction details shown on your receipt. Paddle processes the refund under this policy, Paddle’s Refund Policy, and applicable consumer law.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Apple and Google control billing and refunds for purchases made through their stores. Requests must be submitted directly to the store where the purchase was made:
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the platform where you purchased it. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the relevant platform or applicable law provides otherwise, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period and cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid.
Digital products
One-time engineer voices and other digital products are delivered electronically. Paddle purchases are covered by the 30-calendar-day guarantee above. Purchases through Apple or Google remain subject to the relevant store’s refund policy and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law. Where those rights provide a more favorable remedy, they take precedence.
