Events
Events are individual race rounds within a season. Each event represents a race day at a specific track.
Creating an Event
- Open your season and go to the Events tab
- Click Create Event
- Fill in the details:
- Event Name — Auto-numbered as “Round N”, or set a custom name
- Track — The circuit name
- Date & Time — When the race is scheduled
- Format — Choose the session structure:
- Race — A standalone race
- Qualifying + Race — Qualifying session followed by the race
- Sprint + Race — Sprint race followed by the main race
- Laps — Number of laps
- Weather — Track conditions
- Max Drivers — Limit the number of participants (optional)
Event Status
Events move through these statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Upcoming | Scheduled but not yet started |
| Live | Currently in progress |
| Completed | Race finished, results available |
| Cancelled | Event was cancelled |
Race Results
After a race, results are submitted and displayed with full detail:
- Finishing Position — Final classification
- Grid Position — Where the driver started
- Best Lap — Fastest lap time during the race
- Total Time — Total race duration
- Laps Completed — Number of laps finished
- Points Awarded — Championship points earned based on the season’s point system
- Status — Classified, DNF (Did Not Finish), DNS (Did Not Start), or DSQ (Disqualified)
- Fastest Lap Indicator — Highlighted if the driver set the fastest lap
- Car — Car number and name
- Team — Team affiliation
Results are accessible from the event detail page via the View Full Results button. Points from results automatically flow into the championship standings.
