Leagues

Leagues are the core of Victory. A league is a community of drivers who compete across seasons of organized racing events.

Creating a League

  1. Go to My Leagues in your dashboard
  2. Click Create League
  3. Fill in the details:
    • League Name — The name of your racing community
    • Game — Gran Turismo 7
    • Platform — PS5 or PS4
    • Description — Tell potential members what your league is about (up to 1000 characters)
    • Rules — Set expectations for driver conduct, race etiquette, etc. (up to 5000 characters)
    • VisibilityPublic leagues appear in Discover; Private leagues are invite-only

Managing Members

Roles

Each member has a role that determines their permissions:

SpectatorView league content only

Member Management

From the Members tab, admins can:

  • View all members filtered by role (All, Drivers, Staff, Pending, Banned)
  • Change a member’s role or status
  • Remove members from the league
  • See game-specific details like Driver Rating and Sportsmanship (GT7)

Inviting Drivers

  1. Go to your league’s Invites tab
  2. Click Create Invite
  3. Configure the invite:
    • Label — A name to identify this invite (e.g., “Twitter invite”, “Discord link”)
    • Max Uses — Limit how many times the link can be used (optional)
    • Expiration — Set when the link expires (optional)
    • Registration Window — Control when drivers can register (opens at / closes at)
  4. Copy the invite link and share it

The Invite Page

When someone opens your invite link, they’ll see:

  • League name, game, and platform
  • Season information and status
  • Upcoming race calendar
  • A Join button that opens the registration form

Discover

Public leagues are listed on the Discover page. Drivers can browse, search, and filter leagues by game and platform, then join directly.

League Settings

From the Settings tab, owners and admins can:

  • Edit league name, description, and rules
  • Change visibility (public/private)
  • View and copy the invite code
  • Archive the league (reversible)
  • Delete the league (permanent — danger zone)
